She leads a team of Design Studio Managers as they shepherd and coach design teams to achieve a high level of productivity, creativity and innovation. Casey believes that healthy, high functioning teams bring forth break-through ideas. Good ideas can change the world. Casey is a shining example of a Multiplier at work.
